My ideal client is struggling with some emotional and decisional issues. They have a myriad of conflicting emotions and several options before them. They want to make the best choice with bearable consequences. I typically want to meet clients where they are and support them as they navigate through troubled seas towards safety. I work with individuals struggling with trauma, PTSD, grief, self-esteem issues, domestic violence, terminal illness, depression, and anxiety. Life is a journey that is full of ups and downs and sometimes it can be difficult to move to the next step or disentangle ourselves from a maze. A problem shared is half solved. In therapy, a safe space is provided to re-route our journey and make it to safety
