About

I'm committed to fostering nonjudgmental connections with individuals as they seek to move toward healthy, creative change. I’ve dedicated my professional life to helping people with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. I love helping folks explore intergenerational questions and problems. I have a deep interest in helping people learn to live with more ease inside their bodies—to learn more about their own sexuality, to cultivate awareness of cultural forces that would separate us from our bodies, and to develop practices that can reunite our bodies with our minds, emotions and spirits.

I'm trained in EMDR Therapy, which helps people with single-event traumas, and traumas woven through the fabric of life. I also teach mindfulness and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, which alleviate depression and anxiety by helping folks to notice what’s happening while also suspending their judgments about the situation and themselves.

It can be daunting to face changes. It can be a relief to rely on someone who is dedicated to truly seeing you, who can support you by listening and reflecting back your experience with fresh perspective, and who can offer strategies that help navigate the dynamic process of life. Let's help you move from where you are toward where you would like to be.
