My specialty is in working with self-esteem issues, life transitions, grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, and spiritual crisis (spiritual awakening, shadow work, “dark night of the soul”). I operate from a humanistic theoretical framework; which just means, that I focus on the Individual as a whole and focus on existing positive strengths and behaviors. I meet you where you are at and welcome you without judgment. I believe strongly in the therapeutic relationship and I make sure to co-create with you a healing space where you can feel safe to be you. I take an integrative holistic approach with clients incorporating emotional, mental, physical, and spirituality. I am a certified Karuna Reiki Master and incorporate energy therapy into my approach. My purpose is to be a resource; a tool to assist you with becoming empowered and accountable to make positive changes and healthy choices in your life.
