Maybe you know exactly why you are feeling the way you do and you need a different perspective or unbiased listener. -Or maybe you aren't feeling like yourself lately- unfulfilled, disconnected from your world or the people you love. Our mental health is both directly and indirectly influenced by our life experiences, how we are shown love and respect, and large-scale social/societal issues. I will be your co-navigator & support in finding relief and balance through healing. I offer EMDR & mindfulness-based and cognitive therapy that aids in removing the negative emotional charge of life experiences affecting your daily life. As a trauma specialist, It is my responsibility to ensure our processing work is done safely and strategically. I use a direct approach and value transparency on both sides of the therapeutic relationship. I am also a Washington state approved supervisor and offer private supervision/consultation for associate-level therapists. My goal is to offer you a space for safe processing and positive transformation. You may not necessarily know if trauma is the root of what's going on- maybe you are noticing a pattern in relationships, anxiety provoking experiences, or unexplained panic. We can work together to unpack and make sense of it- helping you feel more in control and empowered.
