I view psychotherapy as the ultimate practice of self-care. Sessions are a time to explore your inner self, your outer relationships, and evaluate how your past and present influence your future. I approach treatment though an existential, intersectional feminist, and person-centered lens – this means I consider gender, race, class, sexuality, belief, biology, ability, physicality, and life experiences during our work together. View 4 Photos My Master’s of Science (MS) is in Community and Trauma Counseling and I specialize in treating the behavioral, emotional, somatic, and neurobiological impacts of trauma over a lifetime. I have worked with a wide range of mental health concerns connected to trauma, including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, addiction, and relational issues. Therapy should be a safe space to release, grieve, plan, or rebuild. My goal as your clinician is to collaborate, guide, and provide support on your journey.
