Do you find yourself feeling irritable, overwhelmed, or have you lost your sense of passion in life? Are you having difficulty in your interpersonal relationships or marriage? I honor you for being brave enough to take these first steps. I respect the coping mechanisms that have gotten you this far, and it would be a privilege to help guide you, empower you, and collaborate with you as you embark on your own unique path of self discovery. I offer a strengths-based, relationship-based approach that is authentic and honest. I believe each person is unique and deserves to be heard, and feel safe in an environment free from judgement. Together we can explore possibilities for growth, tools for coping with problems, discuss your hardships, pains, and challenges in life. We will work towards discovering your hidden resources and gifts, to bring you new insights, peace of mind, and improved quality of life.
