The first step in making a change is doing exactly what you are doing by being here. I am looking forward to working with you and establishing a therapeutic relationship. I have been a social worker for 25 years, both practicing and teaching. My goal is create a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space in order to help you thrive and feel ready to face your current challenges. This is your journey and I am here to support you as you move forward in your positive growth and change. My style is interactive and I develop a unique approach tailored to each individual client.

I specialize in many areas including anxiety, depression, relationships, anger, self-esteem and family issues. Together we will work to come up a plan that feels right for you. I use a strength based empowerment approach in all of my sessions and work with individuals of all ages, couples and families.
