About

Congratulations on your first step to finding help from whatever issue(s) you feel may be holding you back! Truth be told, there is a time in everyone's life when an outsider's perspective is helpful in reframing whatever it is we have going on. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, I've had the pleasure of working with hundreds of individuals and families struggling with anxiety, mood disorders, family conflict, parenting issues, relationship problems and trauma. I have a strong professional interest in post traumatic and acute stress disorders as well as perinatal mental health care.

I believe in being goal-oriented and utilizing each clients unique strengths to create a framework for growth. I utilize an array of evidence based interventions including cbt, polyvagal therapy and internal family system. I strive to create a safe space for all cultures, ethnicity and anyone in the LGBTQI+ community.

I am happy to offer a free phone consultation to anyone considering services. I look forward to hearing from you.
