Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
I provide guidance and support to teens and young adults who are struggling with various life transitions such as processing family conflict, transition from high school to college, perfectionism, anxiety, student athletes who are struggling with time management, young adults and adults struggling with depression or anxiety, and adjusting to life after college. An important part of the therapy process is learning how to find balance, organize your thoughts and learn about what has shaped the story you've been telling yourself. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who has a collective experience working with individuals in outpatient, school-based, juvenile justice residential treatment and community mental health settings. As a result, I offer an eclectic approach towards therapy to meet the needs of each client along with a nonjudgmental and empathic atmosphere. Making the decision to honor yourself and reach out to a therapist is often the hardest part of this process. If any of this has resonated with you while viewing the results of your search, contact me via email or phone to schedule your first appointment. Thursday evening and Saturday morning appointments are available at this time.
