About

I specialize in helping children, adolescents, individual adults, couples, and families through the stressors of life by supporting person-centered goals to challenge issues like depression, anxiety, poor self-concept, shame, traumatic experiences, and relationship struggles. I also have experience working with first responders and with children and families in the foster care system. We all get stuck and feel lost at times. Having a helping hand can make it easier to feel better.

I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and am working towards certification. I have completed The Gottman Method Levels 1 & 2 and utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Therapeutic art, and Existential Therapy techniques.

I believe that everyone is unique, and understanding this uniqueness provides a window to a better knowledge of who we are and what we need. There is no cookie-cutter method for therapy, but there is always a path forward. I would be honored to support you through the journey.
