Hello! My name is Jennifer Efemena Ozomaro. I'm a Nigerian-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I run my group psychotherapy practice, Seeds of Growth Counseling. I provide support in navigating life's transitions and help you get unstuck. I help clients understand how their thoughts and emotions impact their lives, actions, and relationships with others.
