Welcome! I am open to helping anyone the best way I can. I appreciate a motivated client that is ready for counseling and the experience, however, I am familiar with working with some of the more 'stubborn' clients as well (not quite as receptive to counseling). I believe counseling is a big step and I want to help make the process as "easy" on you as possible. I am EMDR and DBT trained with years of experience in both. I appreciate both modalities. I am also a Play Therapist serving kids from 3-15. I am very down to Earth and very open. I believe we are all doing the best we can and that we all strive to become our best self. I will support you through whatever is going on currently in your life. I know life is hard and we all have a story to tell. I've always said that my purpose in life is to carry your story, so it doesn't weigh you down as much.
