Sometimes we need someone to believe in us before we can believe in ourselves. My commitment is to provide comprehensive mental health services to my patients in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. I believe in empowering my patients to reach their fullest potential by providing them with the tools they need to better help themselves. My specialties include Autism, Anxiety, Grief, and Trauma, and I offer personalized counseling services for both adults and seniors. I am trained in a wide variety of psychotherapy models (EMDR included) and also offer Neurodiversity Consultation and trainings. I fully embrace the individuality, positive characteristics, and skills that each of my clients possess. I meet them "where they are at", embrace their strengths, and work to help them learn to do the same. We are all human, and there is no shame in asking for help.
