Hello and welcome! I'm a licensed mental health counselor and registered nurse with over 17 years of experience helping people and couples (ages 18-103) navigate the complexities of their lives. I have advanced training in multiple and diverse relationship trauma treatment modalities, including somatic experiencing, polyvagal theory, family systems, CPT, parts and shadow work, and EMDR. I specialize in helping adults with complex trauma, developed either in childhood due to a toxic family of origin, or as the result of a dysfunctional adult relationship. I am an expert in narcissistic abuse recovery and codependency. I work well with anxiety, lack of self-love, resiliency-building, self-empowerment and identity development.
