Welcome to The Gray Couch, LLC. The Gray Couch is a place to rest, exhale, and put down the heavy stuff in a place where you can be heard, met with empathy and understanding, and receive validation. You can be you in a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space and have some help building and navigating your way toward the person you want to be. The Gray Couch has a primary treatment focus on trauma and grief, elements that are often intertwined, extremely complex, and impact us in ways we least expect. The things we individually find traumatic or find ourselves grieving are not always things that are easy to find support and understanding for without judgment. Sometimes life gives us more than we know what to do with and it is SO overwhelming. You deserve a space where you can feel understood and have someone help carry that heavy stuff right alongside you in a supportive, understanding way, until you feel ready to tackle it. Come have a seat, settle in, and get the support you deserve.
