My goal is to help you become your best self through making effective life changes that lead to satisfaction and a healthy well-being.Through a person centered approach, I help my clients navigate challenges and crises of life. In those difficult times it is hard to be objective and make the best decisions for ourselves and others. It is my priority to provide a nonjudgmental, safe environment where you feel heard and understood. I appreciate that each person is unique and tailor my methods to the individual. I embrace an eclectic approach, which may include Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness techniques and Solution-Focused therapy. I have experience working with at-risk youth and their families, individuals with intellectual disabilities, as well as children, adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, low-self-esteem, ADHD, emotion regulation, PTSD, autism, and trauma.
