Working through grief may be the hardest and most courageous thing any of us can do. Too many people feel alone, lost in their grief, unsure how to process such changes, or unable to let the loss go. Grief can show up in many different types of loss, and I am committed to helping people navigate complex feelings connected to the loss of relationships, jobs, identity, or loss of religion or spirituality. As a grief-focused therapist, my goal is to help clients understand and work through grief while honoring the past and remembering what or who has been lost. Don’t feel like you must take this journey alone. As someone who identifies as queer, my goal is to help folks who may not feel safe in other spaces. I am sex positive, body positive, social-justice-oriented, and have experience working with nontraditional and chosen family structures. I offer individual and group therapy to help folks navigating various kinds of grief, loss, and change. Grief can impact every other part of our lives, and by understanding the interconnectedness of different aspects of loss, we can move toward positive change and find purpose, meaning, and even happiness after loss. My goal is to help folks feel less alone as they navigate these challenging times. Take the first step in your journey by reaching out today.
