Jenna Salines, LCSW Jenna Salines is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Rhode Island who has been practicing since 2019. She received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rhode Island College, and her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Maryland School of Social Work in Baltimore. "¯She has spent most of her academic and clinical career with a particular focus on grief and trauma, adolescents and adults, and family relationships. Sometimes it can be extremely difficult to accept things that happen in our lives, especially when they are out of our control. You may be hearing "just give it time," or "it will get better" from your friends and family members. Although they are likely coming from a place of love and care, these words do not always resonate with us when we are feeling a certain way. Jenna does not believe that time necessarily heals all wounds, but rather that we learn how to adapt and live with these wounds in a way that allows us to continue on with our lives and find new meaning and purpose. Jenna has experience working with clients of all ages, with a special interest in adolescents, adults, and family relationships.
