About

Accepting new clients! You are trying your best to care for your aging parents, spouse/partner, or sibling, but you feel like it is never enough. You feel overwhelmed by the never ending caregiving responsibilities and feel spread way too thin. You feel alone in your journey, like no one else really understands what you are really going through. Dementia has taken a piece of your person and you are already grieving that loss even though your person is still physically here. I'm here to help YOU feel seen, heard and understood. We can ease your stress and find calm in the chaos.

Therapy is a safe space where all parts of you are welcomed. It is a time to process and explore the feelings that often come up with dementia caregiving like guilt, angry and grief. It can also be a time to deepen your coping skills and find practical ways to restore joy in your life. My goal is for you to feel heard and valued. We can do this together.

Caring for your person with dementia is extremely challenging and draining. You are not alone. Your feelings and concerns matter. I use a compassion focused, strength based and client centered approach to support you with your unique challenges. Please reach out to book a free 20 minute introduction call to learn more. I look forward to talking to you soon!
