I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and graduate of Louisiana State University. I have experience working with individuals of various diagnoses and socioeconomic backgrounds and previously worked in home settings with children and families, in-patient hospital settings with adults, and in group home settings with adolescents. I use a client-centered and strengths-based approach, strive to create a space where individuals feel they can be open and empowered throughout sessions. I believe in individualized care based on the unique needs of the client. I implement cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectal behavioral therapy. I also have experience with crisis intervention and management after years of experience in a hospital setting. I believe in the resilience and inner strength of individuals and strives to cultivate a therapeutic alliance with clients as they navigate their journey. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions to best meet your schedule and preferences. I am part of Massachusetts Mind Center which is a fast-growing multi-disciplinary practice of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers located in Back Bay.
