Hi, my name is Jenna and I enjoy helping people find the path to their true authentic selves! I am currently licensed in both Montana and Idaho. My ideal clients have a desire to break apart the patterns that keep themselves from being authentic and genuine in their lives. I have experience working with clients of all ages, including children, adolescents, parents and adults going through a tough time. In my work I highlight the importance of the therapeutic relationship as the basis of therapeutic growth and healing. My commitment to you is to always work from the perspective that you are the expert of your own experience. It is my therapeutic approach to build rapport with a client and create a safe environment for them to grow and heal. It is my intention to be your guide along your journey to self discovery by providing support and intervention through trauma informed techniques including CBT, person-centered therapy, gestalt therapy, and science of the nervous system.
