About

Have you recently experienced the death of a loved one? Are you feeling overwhelmed with grief? I know how grief can leave us feeling incredibly isolated, at times even physical pain and emptiness, and a significant loss of hope and vision for our futures. I can help you on this journey of grief with supportive tools that will honor the memory of your loved one and have you experiencing your future with more moments of joy. As we work together, you will find a way to integrate this enormous loss into your life and find meaning again. Lived experience as a bereaved parent has given me an insider's perspective. You will be offered tools to navigate uncomfortable feelings that come from grief, (and perhaps anxiety and depression) in a way that works for you. As we partner on your goals, I will offer simple ideas to try between sessions. I use a trauma-informed, strengths based approach where I utilize mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral.

There are times in life when it feels as if your heart has been ripped out and the physical pain and emptiness of the loss is so enormously heavy. It's hard to put one foot in front of the other. Taking the first step to reach out is so hard. Easily book your first session today by clicking on my website.
