About

Life is a journey and sometimes it can be messy, challenging, and painful. During difficult times, everyone could use a helping hand and a supportive, compassionate space to process what they are going through. As a therapist, my goal is to help you navigate through those difficult times and the specific challenges you may be facing. I want to support you in gaining insight into your strengths and challenges, help you heal, and empower you to initiate changes to cultivate a more fulfilling life. I am passionate about working with youth and adults who are dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and bipolar disorder.

My prior experience includes working in a crisis unit with adults experiencing acute distress, teaching children and adolescents social and emotional regulation skills, and providing outpatient therapy to youth, adults, and families facing a variety of challenges, such as grief, anxiety, relationship issues, anger management, depression, and trauma.

Every individual’s experiences are unique and I take a client-centered approach, collaborating with you to provide therapy that fits your individual needs, strengths, and goals. Please feel free to reach out through email if you would like to schedule a phone consultation, have any questions, or would like to schedule a first session.
