About

Starting a therapeutic journey can be stressful and scary, especially if this is your first time in counseling. Because of this and the sensitive work we will do together, I will work alongside you to create a safe, trusting relationship that we can then build upon to begin the difficult work of healing and making positive changes. I work with adults who experience unwanted symptoms related to PTSD, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, perinatal struggles, and other mental health disorders to improve overall functioning, communication, boundaries, and self-compassion.

I am LGBTQIA+ affirmative and am trained in Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and a variety of other evidenced-based practices that I will use to help in finding a treatment approach that best fits your specific needs and goals.

Finding a therapist that is right for you can feel overwhelming and stressful. I would love to meet with you to see if we could be a good fit and work collaboratively to provide a safe, empathetic, and secure space for you to be authentically you. I value creating a place for you to feel seen and heard, and to make healthy changes to live a life you desire.
