About

It’s not easy to find a therapist that feels like the right “fit." Even more, opening up and working towards change can be intimidating and hard. But, taking this step for yourself can be monumental. My ethos as a therapist, is to focus on helping clients feel secure in the therapeutic process by building a trusting relationship. My style is dynamic, warm, and curious. Together we'll explore deep-rooted beliefs and feelings, process the past and what’s challenging in the present, develop meaningful practices, and help you reconnect with yourself and those around you so you can live a full and connected life.

I treat adults, young adults, and adolescents. I specialize in anxiety and depression, intrusive thoughts, pre/postnatal, relationships, women's issues, LGBTQIA and gender affirming. I work through a social justice lens & prioritize cultural competency and humility.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative endeavor where we hold your questions, feelings, and struggles together. Growing takes work and time. Therapy can be a space to be together in the painful parts, laugh through the good parts, and celebrate your progress.
