About

It is my belief that people, at their core, are strong and capable of remarkable resilience. My hope is to create a safe space in which clients, whether new to therapy or returning, can explore challenging thoughts and emotions, process major life changes, work through relationship/family challenges, and learn skills to make taking on life's curveballs seem a bit easier. Much of my clinical experience has been with adolescents, young adults, women, and families, addressing a variety of presenting issues, including life transitions, interpersonal communication and boundary setting, identifying and coping with emotions, & self-esteem. I value the experience of coming alongside new clients and developing a supportive, empathic relationship and collaborating on personalized treatment goals. My approach is highly relational, trauma-informed, and incorporates various elements from CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and utilizing insights from how our past impacts our present.

Stepping into a therapeutic relationship is a very brave step! Therefore, I aspire to create a warm, safe, and inviting space where we can process life's challenges together. My approach is compassionate, direct, relational, and very much focused on the unique needs and goals of each person. Come as you are, and I will happily meet you where you're at.
