About
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, specializing in anxiety/depression and relational/family stress. I provide a creative and innovative space for my clients and I have a passion for connection and collaboration. I want my clients to feel safe to explore themselves and what is standing in the way of living their best lives. I have over 5 years of experience working in behavioral health where most of my career has been spent serving the Greater Denver Area working with adolescents, adults, and families. My experience includes intensive, in-home family therapy working with underserved populations. I also have experience in adolescent and adult LGBTQIA2S+ issues and am an ally to their community. I am driven to support and facilitate positive outcomes for my clients and I believe in outcome-driven data. I believe in strength-based and evidenced-based practices and have extensive experience in the facilitation of these practices. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is one that is mutually beneficial and a space where I can help motivate my clients to reach their full potential. I enjoy hiking in the Rocky Mountains, camping, and traveling to the beach with my family and my dog, Ellie.
