Getting to this point takes a lot of courage. It can be a LOT to try to find the therapist that is right for you. I get it - I’ve been in that seat, too. It's scary to be vulnerable and try something new. But it’s also a lot to keep living and feeling the way you are right now. View 5 Photos Overall, I see people who are facing some really tough stuff. More specifically, I work with individuals who are 18 years and older and also see couples for couples counseling. I strongly believe in the treatment of the whole person and their strengths, not just their perceived weaknesses. Many of my clients are perinatal or fertility related. My sessions are calm, collaborative, and straightforward - but we're allowed to smile and laugh in session! I might be the right fit for you if you are looking to get all the things out of your head and then leave the session with a new skill or thought to try when you are living your life between our meetings. That's where the real growth is.
