About

Unwanted anxious thoughts can feel debilitating, scary, and isolating. They can become oppressive and keep us from living the life we desire. In our work together we will collaborate to challenge and reframe self-defeating thoughts and patterns. We will identify your strengths, discover possibilities for change, in order to promote healing. Providing a safe, empathic, and validating space is my highest priority when partnering with you to reach your goals.

I provide individual therapy to adults across the lifespan and have worked with diverse populations in a variety of clinical settings. I utilize several evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and mindfulness. I am also certified in perinatal mental health.

I recognize the strength and vulnerability it can take to reach out for support. I consider it a privilege to aid my clients in navigating the change they are seeking from therapy.
