My name is Jenee Haines and I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner that specializes in treating eating disorders, along with treating body image issues, depression, anxiety, OCD, relationship issues, life transitions, dual diagnoses and many other mental health issues for individuals and families. Therapy is a rewarding and challenging journey that we will embark on together! I believe the foundation of effective treatment is a strong therapeutic relationship. I strive to achieve this with all of my clients, tailoring my approach to meet your personal needs and treating you with respect and dignity that you deserve. I have 13 years experience working with diverse populations of various ages, backgrounds and cultures. Much of my practice has revolved around treating individuals with eating disorders and comorbid issues, having extensive experience working at an eating disorder treatment facility for many years. I utilize CBT, DBT, ACT and Motivational Interviewing. I believe that there is always hope for what feels like hopeless life situations and am passionate to help those willing to reach out.
