I am passionate about helping people improve their well-being and regain a sense of hope. Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), I help clients improve sleep by exploring beliefs and circadian rhythm issues that hinder sleep. CBT-I is a powerful protocol that the American College of Physicians recognizes as the first-line treatment for adults with chronic insomnia. In addition to sleep therapy, I utilize biofeedback to train heart rate variability (HRV), which aids in regulating nervous system functioning, decreasing anxiety, enhancing emotional regulation, and improving stress management. Our physical, mental, and spiritual bodies are intrinsically connected, and I incorporate mind/body techniques to treat the whole person. In addition to my private practice work in health psychology, I am a yoga teacher. I use the tenets of my yoga practice to infuse nervous-system regulation and mindfulness practices into the therapy process. I am licensed for telehealth practice in Massachusetts, New York, Virginia, Florida, and South Carolina. Please do not hesitate to reach out, and I look forward to connecting soon!
