About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in working with youth, adults, families, and systems that have been impacted by trauma. I practice from the paradigms of interpersonal neurobiology, attachment, and mindfulness-based psychotherapy. I believe in the healing power of laughter, playfulness, movement, and the expressive arts. Although I specialize in trauma-focused treatment, I work with individuals with a variety of mental health and wellness goals.

Therapy is a valuable journey of transformation, healing, and growth. Together, we will build our working relationship, explore the concerns and goals that brought you to treatment, and develop your plan collaboratively. I will offer space and structure for introspection and self-development as you shift and discover a new way of being.

My therapy practice honors the diversity of human beings and does not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, age, religion, ability, marital status, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
