Jen strives to ensure each client feels safe and supported throughout the treatment process and feels that a collaborative working relationship is the cornerstone to personal growth. She works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She specializes in strengths based trauma focused care with a special emphasis in mindfulness practice. She is trained in a number of approaches to address anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and family/relationship dynamics. Jen is certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and various trauma focused interventions to include Prolonged Exposure (PE) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
