I am an active, goal-oriented therapist with over 25 years of experience. My approach is eclectic and flexible to meet the needs of each client. My goal is to help my clients gain new perspectives and skills to master life's many challenges. I also provide Qualified Clinical Supervision for Mental Health Counseling Interns in Florida. I am skilled in helping individuals and couples improve communication, manage conflicts more effectively and enhance problem solving skills. My areas of expertise include: anxiety, trauma, stress management, anger management, work stress, grief/loss, communication, and increasing emotional intelligence. I also enjoy executive and life coaching. I assist individuals and groups at all organizational levels to improve professional effectiveness, morale and overall wellness.
