About

Cannot take new appointments. Individual psychotherapy only. I combine development of coping strategies with deepening an understanding of one's self to help clients improve their overall quality of life. Discovering emotions, attitudes, and behavioral patterns of which a person was previously unaware can be a difficult undertaking, but the end reward is the freedom to truly make decisions for one's self.

I help clients gain a deeper and more meaningful relationship with themselves, thus allowing more meaningful relationships with others. This is done through careful examination of behavioral patterns and emotional markers of unresolved conflicts. At same time, therapy addresses symptoms of anxiety and depression that impede greater self-understanding.

I had the luxury of training at one of the few graduate schools in the country that has a specific psychodynamic concentration within a core curriculum of cognitive-behavioral and evidence-based training. This makes me well-suited to provide the type of multifaceted therapy described above.
