I am an individual and family counselor with over 12 years of experience working with clients in home, school, community-based and office settings. I believe in a holistic approach to mental health, emphasizing spirituality and self-development. I have been successful in providing therapeutic solutions and support to children, teens and adults. I am familiar with the struggles that many clients have and pride myself in the ability to help others be the greatest version of themselves. I believe that awareness of self is one of the many keys to successfully getting through most challenges. I have obtained my license as a professional counselor and have spent several years working with clients who have experienced trauma, suffer from depression, PTSD, anxiety, bipolar disorder and more. I graduated from Xavier University with a Masters in Counseling. Currently accepting PLPCs for supervision. I also have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences specializing in Child and Family Relations. As a counselor my passion is to help people feel inspired, supplying them with knowledge and teaching skills to approach life with a new meaning and purpose.
