Accepting new clients - Presbyterian Insurance ONLY. Seeking and building trust with a professional can be uncomfortable as you are putting your trust in a complete stranger. I hope to build a therapeutic relationship and help you find courage through gentle comfort and support, while offering tools to develop coping skills to create a safe environment. I am passionate about helping others, desire to re-instill hope in people's lives, and can attest to therapy being healing. My intent is to guide you while together exploring and working toward resolution so you may establish stability and self-confidence. I work with adults in individual, couple, and group therapy with diverse cultures/populations who may experience grief/loss, divorce, communication problems, family issues, career counseling, domestic violence counseling, anger management, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and PTSD/trauma. Taking the first step to seeking help is the hardest. It would be my pleasure to be part of your journey of self-discovery and personal healing.
