For the past two decades, clients have come to me at every stage of their lifes. I refer to this as their "beginnings, middles and ends" of their lifetime. I see teenagers struggling to be understood and truly heard. I help couples after the "honeymoon is over" , I assist parents with major life obstacles, I help people make difficult decisions about their careers and even guide them at the end of their lives. With each stage, I ask the client what they want out of their experience with therapy and give the client the power and voice. I guide them with their goals and help create a safe place to explore their emotions and options. View 5 Photos Individuals have unique needs throughout their lives. I provide tailored solutions such as Cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. By actively listening and engaging with you , I aim to create a safe space for self-expression, which is often overlooked, no matter what stage of life you are in. It seems that nowadays we often fail to truly listen to one another. Through listening, I act as witness which facilitates healing. By providing an empathetic space, you can start to feel seen and heard , which is a vital step towards growth. Additionally, I assign homework after each session, such as reading, journaling, or paying attention to your emotions
