Thank you for considering our couples workshop called Hold Me Tight®, a program developed by Dr. Sue Johnson, founder of Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT). During this workshop, you will learn from presentation, discussion, example videos, and personal exercises about how love goes wrong, and how you and your partner can make sense of the emotions in your relationship. You will also learn how to stop fighting and start connecting differently, how to heal past hurts, and how to create the relationship you’ve always wanted. Our next workshop is Saturday, February 8, 2025 Couples discuss exercises privately or with the assistance of a trainer and the sharing of private conversations is not required. Most couples report having breakthroughs in their connection with one another and leaving the workshop feeling closer to their partner. It is a delight to be part of our couples' journeys together - we look forward to helping you. Hold Me Tight® will be presented by Dr. Jeanne Peterson, Licensed Psychologist & Certified EFT Therapist, and Dr. Ryan Henry, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist & Certified EFT Therapist & Supervisor.
