As a licensed marital, & family therapist I meet with clients of all ages to work on a variety of issues. Are you experiencing depression and/or anxiety? Are you seeking some relief? Are you spending too much time worrying or need help problem solving a particularly difficult life challenge? I can help you with these troubling challenges. I will help you tap into your strength, help you resolve past traumas, and help you build resilience to find relief on a day-to-day basis. I use EMDR, EFT, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) in working with clients of all ages. As a marriage and family therapist, I address a variety of issues approaching them from a systems perspective. Sometimes our work will be to identify underlying issues that lead to panic attacks and other physical expressions of stress and emotional strain.
