As a clinically trained Pastoral Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I help people find healing in the midst of painful and paralyzing emotions, injured marriages and relationships, and help restore their hopes and dreams. I have found that with faith, even as small as a mustard seed, there is hope for change and renewal. You can expect to find an open and non-judgmental counselor with creative ideas, evidence-based knowledge, and effective relationship tools. You will be held with respect, understanding, and deep compassion. Sometimes what we are going through is hard to put into words. I am passionate about not only listening, but hearing what you are saying, and clarifying what you need.
