My name is Jeanne Louther and I am dually licensed in the State of Wisconsin as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Substance Abuse Counselor (SAC) I am based in north of Madison, WI working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adults of all ages and specialize in anxiety, stress, depression, and trauma. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and work collaboratively with you to find the approach that works best for you. I find that most people seek out therapy when going through a transition or particularly stressful time. I enjoy working with adults of all ages who are looking for help finding their way back to happiness. I strive to create a non-judgmental, supportive, and welcoming environment. Asking for help is hard and I try to make the process as engaging and rewarding as possible. Therapy doesn't work if you dread seeing your therapist!
