I am here to help you navigate life's journey and take your control back. I am dedicated to helping my clients promote change in order to live a happier and healthier life. I have extensive experience in dealing with those who are struggling with changes in life's circumstances, whether it be health status, trauma, grief and loss, relationships (divorce), anxiety, depression, or self esteem. Although we cannot always predict what will come our way, together we can find a way to cope with the unpredictability of life while promoting your health and well-being. I have been a Social Worker since 2007. During my career, I have worked with adolescents and adults who have experienced trauma, mental illness, chronic illness, relationships issues, end of life circumstances or have difficulty with coping. I have also worked in hospice for 12 years as a grief counselor. I am a certified Compassion Bereavement Care Provider I use an eclectic treatment approach to formulate change. In the comfort of my office, I provide a safe, supportive, nonjudgemental environment where we can do the work necessary to meet your goals while forming new ones. It's my privilege to walk with you on this journey to bring about growth and change.
