About

I enjoy working with clients to expand a more positive identity and develop more personal power. Includes: Co-dependence, anxiety, phobias, depression, relationship issues, post traumatic stress. Goals include issues such as overcoming a travel phobia, a driving phobia; developing self-confidence, becoming more assertive and achieving full potential. Recovering from severe post-traumatic stress. Moving forward instead of staying stuck. Grieving losses and expanding beyond the loss.

I started my practice in the 1980s primarily as a talk therapist. In the 1990s I was introduced to various forms of Energy Psychotherapy, extremely helpful in resolving a personal trauma. Currently I am an integrative psychotherapist combining the best of traditional and alternative mind/body and intuitive approaches.

A good time to meet is when you have an issue that you cannot resolve on your own-want more out of life. Clarify goals and issues both short term and long term. use alternative approaches when appropriate, includes: Intuitive Psychotherapy, EMDR Eye Movement Desenstization, AIT(Advanced Integrative Therapy, EFT, Soul Detective, Healing Touch.
