I provide a safe, warm, non-judgmental space where every part of you is welcome, the parts you know and like and those parts that you may keep hidden. Asking for help is not easy. You may have been taught that you should be able to handle difficulty by yourself, but, in fact, seeking support is the most courageous step you can take toward your own healing and emotional well-being. You don't have to experience sadness, anxiety, trauma, anger, or loss on your own. Together we will work to more deeply know and understand you - your strengths, the areas where you would like to grow, and the ways that your past experiences have shaped you. By understanding the meaning and underlying causes of your symptoms and behaviors, you expand your freedom and choice. I work with adults and older adults, experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and transitions. It is important to explore how experiences of race, gender, sexuality, ability, and other identities impact us. I work to create an affirming space in which to examine all of your various identities, including racial, spiritual, sexual, and gender diversity.
