As a licensed psychologist and registered yoga teacher, I help clients with the difficult emotional housecleaning needed to build more vibrant, satisfying, authentic lives. I cultivate collaborative relationships with clients and utilize a wide range of interventions including mindfulness, brainspotting, guided imagery, cognitive behavioral therapy, and grounding techniques to address the emotional, relational and physical challenges in clients' lives. Areas of expertise include stress management, work-life balance, burnout recovery, women's issues, grief and loss, transitions, trauma, health challenges, yoga for cancer survivors, and supervision of therapists in training. I am passionate about helping people meet life with more patience, ease, and humor. I teach Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, an empirically supported 8-week psycho-educational program in which participants practice present moment awareness, deep relaxation and gentle movement to reduce stress and wake up more fully to life. I remain inspired by the resiliency of the human psyche and spirit and consider it an honor to accompany individuals on their journeys of healing, growth and transformation.
