About

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment that allows you to explore your pain or other symptoms which bring you to therapy. I feel privileged to be able to assist you in your journey through life's transitions. My strengths are helping clients manage stress, anxiety and depression, process issues related to sexual/gender orientation, and recover from grief and loss. My style is informed by Psychodynamic Theory, Client-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Jungian Psychology. In addition, I have recently completed Somatic Experiencing beginning level training.

I have over 15 years of experience working with adults with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, stress management, chronic pain, grief and loss, life transitions, trauma and abuse, and sexual/gender orientation issues.

I am happy to consult with you to determine if we are a good fit. Please don't hesitate to contact me.
