About

Each and every one of us has a unique story that shapes who we are as individuals. This story can be a mixture of positive and negative experiences, joyful and painful, the good and the bad. How we experience this story, how we share it with others, and how it impacts us are all pieces to an intricate puzzle of who we are and how we live our lives. My primary goal as a therapist is to create a non-judgmental environment filled with acceptance and compassion in the hopes that, by doing so, clients will feel comfortable sharing their stories, learn to embrace their authentic selves, and grow into the person they wish to be.

I have over 10 years of experience working with adolescents and adults. My primary areas of expertise are depression, anxiety, emotion regulation, navigating fatherhood, and stress management. I use a variety of techniques from CBT, DBT, and Schema Therapy to help clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves and learn healthier coping skills.

My education, training, and clinical experience have allowed me to build a solid clinical foundation that not only informs my therapeutic approach, but also helps me meet you where you are in your mental health journey. I am here to offer you a safe space as you seek support and guidance, and help you prioritize your mental health and overall wellbeing.
