Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
Whether you are seeking therapy for yourself or your child, my goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to uncover the roots of issues such as trauma, behavioral challenges, school challenges, PTSD, depression, family conflicts, anxiety, anger, grief, shame, self-esteem, and relationship difficulties. My approach is guided by social justice and trauma-informed frameworks, which recognize the personal and systemic factors affecting a client's life. I am dedicated to creating an inclusive therapeutic space for historically marginalized clients and supporting those experiencing racial trauma or navigating racial identity. My therapeutic approach is integrative, a holistic method that combines ideas and techniques from different therapeutic models (such as CBT, DBT, Attachment-Focused, and IFS) based on a client's unique needs. I often incorporate play, art, bibliotherapy, and parenting skills training when working with child clients. Your courage and resilience have brought you this far, and it is my honor to support you in this next step toward healing and growth. Finding a therapist may take a few tries to find someone you connect with so to help you determine if we're a good fit, I offer a free 15-minute consultation. Let's connect and embark on this journey together!
