I obtained my Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree from Appalachian State University and am a proud Mountaineer. Still, I moved to Wilmington because the ocean reminds me that I am part of something bigger. I love working with children, teens, and young adults (ages 10-35 years of age). View 6 Photos I use Adlerian, person-focused, and multicultural approaches to therapy. This means that I recognize that larger systems and societal expectations influence everyone’s day-to-day life; my focus is on each person and their individual concerns, strengths, and attainable goals. I also enjoy helping people learn how to incorporate expressive arts into therapy. Therapy is a relationship, so here is a bit about me: I am not only a therapist, I am also a dog and cat mom, the coolest aunt, a big Swiftie, a bookworm, an Enneagram 8, and so much more. I can't wait to learn more about you and how I can help you on your journey.
